Ingredients

¼ cup dry culinary lavender (I like this one) If you use normal lavender flowers, your lemonade will most likely taste like soap

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup pure honey

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 cups cold water

 Method

  • Place lavender in a jug and pour the hot water into the jug. Cover and let the lavender steep for 2 hours.
  • In another jug, combine the honey, lemon juice and cold-water.
  • After 2 hours stir together the two mixtures and refrigerate until chilled.
