Convincing reasons to make your own healthy lemonade recipe
Homemade lemonade is way better than the commercial kind. For a long time, we’ve been made to believe that store-bought fruit juices are healthier over sodas, but the reality is that store-bought juices might actually be harmful to your health.
A recent report found that some of the popular fruit juices contained arsenic and lead.
‘’Consumer Reports tested 45 packaged fruit juices for heavy metals, like lead, arsenic, and cadmium and found measurable levels in every product. Long-term exposure to these metals could cause some serious health risks.’’
