I love eating eggs for breakfast. Eggs are nutritious, filling, and come with plenty of health benefits. I change up things every now and then whenever I have eggs for breakfast. Today, I’ll introduce you to my favorite breakfast on the go, vegetarian egg muffins with spinach and mushrooms.
So, here’s the thing. I am madly in love with chia seeds. The health benefits are super insane and these days whatever I eat, I find creative ways to add just a bit into my meals. My most recent breathlessly yummy creation has been yummy overnight oats with chia.
Not all homemade lemonade recipes are the same. Some are overly sweet and syrupy, while others are either too watery or sour. Apart from that, there are very few healthy lemonade recipes that taste as amazingly refreshing as they look.
I know we have different ideas of a perfect world, the best healthy breakfast, and of course, perfect healthy snacks. In my version of a perfect world, I want to have a yummy banana split breakfast without all the 10 million calories.

I love a refreshing cup of water to quench my thirst, and if the said water comes with amazing health benefits, then I happily gulp that water.
